From contract to departure calendar

What happens before, during, and after a Codeforgegrid resignation-planning consultation.

Calendar and notebook ready for an appointment

1. Send the timing question

Use the contact form to name the consultation, your preferred meeting date, and the broad issue—such as probation, month-end notice, a proposed new-job start, or remaining leave. Do not include health records, coworker data, trade secrets, or a full unredacted contract in the first message.

2. Confirm scope and appointment

Within one business day we respond with availability and confirm whether the question fits planning guidance. Meetings take place in English at the Berlin office or by secure video. The confirmation includes invoice information, cancellation terms, and a secure route for necessary pages.

3. Prepare only relevant material

Bring the employment contract, amendments, any collective agreement named in it, the employment start date, and your target departure range. Mark the notice clause, but leave it in context. For transition planning, add a non-confidential list of responsibilities and known deadlines.

4. Work through the dates together

The adviser maps document wording, receipt assumptions, permitted end dates, and practical milestones. Questions outside the service boundary are labelled rather than guessed. You can use the remaining time to test a manager-conversation sequence or delivery plan.

5. Receive the agreed follow-up

Where included, the written summary arrives within one business day. It records assumptions and next actions; it does not replace a legal opinion or employer confirmation.
