Controller and information collected

Codeforgegrid, Level 7, 48 Leipziger Straße, Berlin 10117, is the controller for this site and consultation practice. Contact: info@codeforgegrid.digital. We process details you submit—such as name, email, requested service, preferred date, message, booking correspondence, invoice details, and relevant consultation documents. Please minimise personal and employer information.

We use information to answer inquiries, take steps toward and perform a consultation contract, meet accounting obligations, protect the service, and establish or defend legal claims. Depending on the activity, the basis is Article 6(1)(b), (c), or (f) GDPR; consent under Article 6(1)(a) applies where specifically requested and may be withdrawn.

Sharing, transfers, and retention

Necessary information may be processed by hosting, email, video-meeting, accounting, or professional-advice providers under appropriate safeguards. If a provider processes information outside the EEA, we use an adequacy decision or recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and assess supplementary measures where required.

Uncompleted inquiries are normally deleted after six months. Consultation correspondence and documents are generally retained for three years after the end of the calendar year unless a longer legal or claims period applies. Accounting records are retained for statutory periods. Cookie-choice storage remains according to the cookie notice.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing and complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority, including the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

Requests can be sent to info@codeforgegrid.digital. We may need proportionate information to verify identity. We do not use contact inquiries for automated decision-making or profiling.
