Cancellation and refunds
Fair terms for consultation bookings when plans or circumstances change.

Cancelling or rescheduling
You may cancel by emailing info@codeforgegrid.digital. A cancellation received at least 48 hours before the appointment is eligible for a full refund. With 24–48 hours’ notice, 50% is refundable because preparation time and the reserved appointment cannot always be reassigned. One rescheduling request made at least 24 hours ahead is normally free.
Late cancellation and no-show
Fees are non-refundable for cancellation less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend, except where mandatory consumer law applies or a documented emergency makes a fair exception appropriate. If you arrive late, the session may still end at the confirmed time; an unused portion is not refundable.
Work already started
For a Resignation Letter Check or another appointment involving advance document review, completed preparation is deducted from any otherwise available refund. Once marked comments or a written planning summary have been delivered, that completed work is non-refundable. Codeforgegrid does not purchase materials or take deposits for these consultations.
When Codeforgegrid cancels
If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable replacement time, you receive a full refund. If technical failure on our side prevents a video session, you may choose rescheduling or a refund for the undelivered part.
Request and processing
State the booking name, appointment date, and reason in your email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; bank or card processing may add time. These terms do not limit statutory withdrawal or consumer rights that apply. Questions and exceptional circumstances are reviewed individually at info@codeforgegrid.digital.
