The terms governing Codeforgegrid consultation and planning support.

Acceptance and scope
By booking or using a Codeforgegrid consultation, you accept these terms. Codeforgegrid provides employment-information and resignation-planning support in English. We are not a law firm, do not create a lawyer-client relationship, and do not represent clients before employers, authorities, or courts. A booking is formed when scope, time, fee, and confirmation are agreed in writing.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate, relevant information, review dates and assumptions, protect third-party confidentiality, and seek qualified legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice where required. No particular resignation date, employer response, or employment outcome is guaranteed.
Fees, cancellation, and conduct
Fees and included work are confirmed before the appointment. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules are described on the refund page. We may decline or end work involving conflicts, abusive conduct, unlawful requests, or needs outside our competence.
Intellectual property
Codeforgegrid owns the site copy, visual materials, templates, and general consultation resources. You may use a personal planning summary for your own employment matter but may not resell, publish, or present it as professional advice to others. You retain rights in documents you provide.
Liability
To the extent permitted by German law, Codeforgegrid is not liable for indirect loss, employer decisions, missed deadlines caused by incomplete information, or reliance beyond the confirmed scope. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health where applicable.
Governing law and changes
German law governs these terms. Mandatory consumer protections and legally required venues remain unaffected. We may update these terms for future bookings; the version accepted at confirmation applies to an existing booking. Questions may be sent to info@codeforgegrid.digital.
